Sourcing Standards
Every health claim we publish cites a primary source: a peer-reviewed study, a systematic review, or a page from a government or major health institution. We link directly to that source so you can read it yourself. We do not invent studies, statistics, or quotes.
Authorship
Every article names a real, named author, who links to their own author page. There is no anonymous or default "team" byline.
Update Cadence
Articles show a visible "Published" date and, when applicable, a "Last updated" date. We only bump the "Last updated" date when the article's substance has actually changed, not to appear more recent.
Corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us via our contact page. We investigate every report. Material corrections are noted in the article itself and logged below.
